By ordering a commission you are agreeing to these terms
Instructions
• Contact will be through e-mail ([email protected]) or through the mail button at bottom.
• At least one visual reference is required.
• Please include your PayPal e-mail for the invoice, social media handle, commission type, and form below for character coms if info is not provided elsewhere.
• Mood/expression/pose requests are welcome but not required.
• Reference galleries, pinterest boards, mood boards, etc... are welcomed

General
• I reserve the right to add to or change these terms at any time.
• I reserve the right to not accept a commission without explanation.
• Up to 3 revisions can be provided during the sketch phase. If more are required an additional price can be discussed.
• WIPs and updates will be provided via email and occasionally posted on social media.
• Once the sketch is approved commission completion should take 2-4 weeks on average.
Will Draw: OCs, game characters, non human like characters, creatures, pin ups, fantasy, cyberpunk, light gore.
Won't Draw: NSFW, any phobias.
• Portraits will have a simple gradient background or similar by default if a more detailed background is not added.
Payment
• All prices are in CAD
• Full payment is required before starting the commission.
• Payment will be through Paypal via an invoice sent by the artist.
• Invoices are due within 7 days of receiving them. If payment is not received the commission will be cancelled.
• I have the right to cancel a commission at any time and issue a full refund.
• If a cancellation is required by the commissioner a full refund will be provided if the work has not started yet. If it is during the creation process a partial refund will be provided in order to cover the cost of time put into it.
Usage
• I reserve full rights to the image and it’s distribution unless otherwise discussed. eg. posts, compilations, videos, etc…
• If you would like your commission to be private please let me know.
• The commissioner may use the work purchased as they wish so long as no profit is made and visual credit is given to the artist.
• A personal print may be made, use as an icon, post to a personal gallery, etc…
• The commission will not be used to feed AI, made into NFTs, or in other profit making means.
• Any commercial work inquiries can be discussed through e-mail.
